In April 2013, Ingo Maurer presented two models of large architectural project for the art park Inhotim.
The Broken Egg will be about 25 metres long and about 15 metres high. The opening is scheduled for 2014.

​Never in my wildest dreams could I have imagined that there is a human being who would realize my dream to build a broken egg dedicated to light.

It will happen in Brazil (near the city of Belo Horizonte) at Inhotim, the art park built by a great individual.
