The wall element included with Lacrime del Pescatore is also available separately. Use Me W. can be applied as an additional lamp for Lacrime del Pescatore. It is also excellent for accent lighting. Use Me C. is a small downlight. Stylistically, it is the perfect companion for Lacrime and Use Me W.

Other variations of the bulb with different degrees of light spread are available.

Lacrime del Pescatore elegantly glitters during the day in sun-filled rooms creating magical displays on walls and surfaces. With little effort the installation of multiple models does create an impressive and poetic light object.

The Studio Citterio 2013 created just this type of effect over the Bar of the restaurant, The Spoon, at the Byblos Hotel in St. Tropez.

Ingo Maurer on the design: "35 years ago, on the waters of the Venice Lagoon I saw fishermen's nets covered in thousands of water droplets. And as they sparkled in the early morning sun, I was inspired to create Lacrime del Pescatore - the Tears of the Fisherman."
